As a pharmacy Technician, I have worked in a multi-disciplinary medical clinic. This included but not limited to: Patient insurance, billing, customer service, receiving, processing, and dispensing of prescriptions.

Checking for accuracy of prescriptions and customer satisfaction. This includes filling prescriptions, taking telephone calls, and making sure that the medication is properly stored.
Assist with answering phone calls, fax, file, and mail order requests for patients, and answer questions regarding medication therapy.
